Faults and maintenance
Our technical staff carry out maintenance regularly. Normally you will be completely unaware of it, but if we have to carry out more major maintenance on servers and/or network and you are therefore likely to experience temporary nuisance from our activities, you will be notified accordingly on this page.
You can report a fault on our network or server on a special emergency number. If we are already aware of the problem, you will hear a message to this effect, otherwise our staff will immediately set about resolving the issue.
